The patch notes for Skyrim have been released by Bethesda. These include simple things like fixing performance issues to more bigger issues like the texture bug that plagued the Xbox 360 version. Head past the break for the full notes.
UPDATE: Bethesda Warns Not To Install Latest Xbox 360 Fallout: New Vegas Patch
If you have an Xbox 360 and play Fallout: New Vegas DO NOT update it with the latest patch. The reason, because players had their Xbox 360's crash upon loading game saves.
Bethesda had this to say, "Regarding the Xbox 360 update, we’ve discovered a solution to the issue that’s causing problems with game saves. We’ll be hosting a replacement update on Xbox LIVE as soon as humanly possible. If you haven’t grabbed the New Vegas update on 360 today, we recommend you decline the update until the new one is live. We’ll be sure to let you know when it’s up."
UPDATE: The problem seems to be ironed out, it's now safe to update.

Nintendo comments on 3DS error screens
Some 3DS users have been reporting getting an error screen while playing their games. This doesn't seem to be wide spread and there was no reports of this when the 3DS launched in Japan so it could just be a small group of people.
Nintendo has released a statement just in case saying:
"Our recommendations are that if anyone is experiencing any problems with their Nintendo 3DS console, we recommend that in the first instance they download and install the latest system update, now available online. If the problems still persist we recommend they contact their local Nintendo Customer Service centre to investigate the problem." - Nintendo statementSource
Call of Duty: Black Ops gets major patch
You probably noticed the new patch for Call Of Duty: Black Ops that was released a couple of days ago. Turns out it was a major patch for the game adding lots of new features like AI bots in offline Local Split Screen and a new camera editing mode in Theater called "Dolly Cam."
Unfortunately some PS3 owners have said that the patch worsened freezing, crashing and other connectivity issues. No doubt Treyarch will be looking into these problems closely.
The full list of changes from the new patch is posted after the break.
