More 3DS info

• Virtual Console will be replaced with the new eShop
•  eShop will have a smoother interface with demos and videos
• Monetary system will be replaced by a cash based system (money instead of points)
• Friend code will be tied to your 3DS (only type-in someone's code once, ever)
• Check to see if your friends are online and see what their playing
• If connected to a friend via local wireless you can push a button to accept or send friend requests without having to copy friend code
• System Transfer is a feature that enables you to transfer downloadable software already purchased on a Nintendo 3DS system to another Nintendo 3DS
• System Transfer can be used to transfer applications bought on the DSi or DSi XL to the 3DS

Call of Duty: Black Ops gets major patch

You probably noticed the new patch for Call Of Duty: Black Ops that was released a couple of days ago. Turns out it was a major patch for the game adding lots of new features like AI bots in offline Local Split Screen and a new camera editing mode in Theater called "Dolly Cam."

Unfortunately some PS3 owners have said that the patch worsened freezing, crashing and other connectivity issues. No doubt Treyarch will be looking into these problems closely.

MotorStorm Apocalypse video shows of new track 'Skyline' plus info

Evolution Studios recently had an event in New York where they showed off a new track called Skyline (shown in the video above). The also released new info on when the demo is set to arrive among other things. Here's the recap of the info from the event.

Pokemon HG and SS - Info and Scans

- After you beat the Elite Four, Kyogre (HG) & Groudon (SS) will be available.
- If you get both Kyogre and Groudon, Rayquaza will appear.

Punch-Out Wii to include NES-style controls

Some info on Punch-Out Wii:

• -Motion Controls as well as classic NES-style controls.
• -Characters: Little Mac, Glass Joe, King Hippo, Doc Louis, Von Kaiser and other unannounced favorites.
• -Special powers/weapons/moves/features: Players can obtain special "Star Punches," which allow Little Mac to take more Health from his rival in a single punch.
