As of May 15 the Wii will now be sold at a suggested retail price of $149.99. It will come bundled with Mario Kart Wii and the Wii Wheel accessory. This package will not include the Wii Sports games but hey, it's hard to complain when you're getting Mario Kart.
Also arriving on May 15 are the long awaited "Nintendo Selects" collection. Previously known as Players Choice on the GameCube these are re-releases of older games in budget form similar to Xbox 360's Platinum Hits and Sony's Greatest Hits. This batch will include The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Animal Crossing: City Folk, Mario Super Sluggers and Wii Sports all sold for the low low price of $19.99.
