Nintendo has announced that the 3DS will indeed have Netflix. It is expected to arrive sometime this summer.
Nintendo also announced it's 3DS exclusive Short-Form Video Service. Through it you'll be able to watch a wide variety of content including comedy and music. "We'll do the primary content selection, pushing the most interesting and entertaining content to find you," explained Reggie Fils-Aime.
Nintendo also mentioned that you will be able to see 3D trailers on the 3DS.
