Capcom producer Yoshinori Ono has dropped some major news at the "Street Fighter Mania!: SSFIV and Beyond" panel at Comic-Con. He reveled the new game Street Fighter X Tekken which will be developed by Capcom and will use the Street Fighter IV engine with two-fighter tag team battles.
On the other side, Namco Bandai will be developing Tekken X Street Fighter. Other than it being lead by long-time franchise producer Katsuhiro Harada no other information is known at the time.
Both games are set to release on the PS3 and Xbox 360. As to when it would be released, the official word is "not for a while!"
