Nintendo's Japanese website is showing a new Pokemon game for the 3DS. That game is Super Pokemon Scramble which is a sequel to the WiiWare game Pokemon Rumble (named "Melee! Pokémon Scramble" in Japan).
No news yet on whether Super Pokemon Scramble will arrive on 3DS's outside Japan. If it does it would probably be called Super Pokemon Rumble.
