Monster Games, the people behind Excite Truck, have been making a top secret game for Nintendo for quite a while now. It's so secret that when an unauthorized person walks into the office everyone turns off their monitors. If it was just Excite Truck 2 I don't think everyone would be so secretive. Also, Monster Games has never made anything but racing games so it's a safe bet that this one will be too.Source
